Location: The TimesCenter, at 242 West 41st St. between 7th and 8th Aves (see map)
Schedule:
• 8:15am: Registration begins. Coffee will be provided. (No food or drink allowed in the theater, so drink up before 8:45!)
• 8:45am: Doors to the theater open.
• 9am - 10am: Morning session featuring multiple speakers. Unlike past years, Thursday morning starts in the theater with this important "welcome session" - please plan to be there.
• 10am - 12noon: Day 1 morning event. Attendees have their choice of three events, all of which take place on-site at the TimesCenter: Erin McKean's public speaking workshop in the theater, Charlie Todd's Werewolf game downstairs in the Hall, and the Zentangle drawing workshop in the gallery (see details in the Day 1 event listing). There's no need to indicate preference beforehand - just go to whichever one you want that morning.
• 12noon: Attendees depart the TimesCenter to grab lunch on their own in the neighborhood, before their afternoon event starts. Here's a map of many options. Four close by are Schnipper's (in the same building as the TimesCenter, just walk west to 8th Ave), Pick A Pita (601 8th Ave between 39th and 40th Streets), Go Go Curry (273 W 38th St. between 7th and 8th Aves), and Touch of India (232 W. 37th St. between 7th and 8th Aves).
• 2pm to 4pm (approx.): Afternoon event, starting around 2pm, ending between 4pm and 5pm, depending on the event. Attendees: log in here to see your itinerary, which includes the details of your afternoon event.
• 5pm: Special curatorial tour of a nearby art gallery. All attendees are invited. Details in your itinerary (log in to see it).
• 7pm to 9pm: All-attendee reception. Details are posted in your itinerary - log in to see it.
Location: All Friday events take place at the TimesCenter. Enter on 41st St. between 7th and 8th Aves (see map). Presentations will take place in the main theater. Breaks, lunch, and cocktails will take place in the hall downstairs.

Friday schedule:
• 7:45am: Registration opens, and breakfast begins - bagels, juice, and coffee.
• 8:15am: Doors open to the theater (while breakfast continues downstairs)
• 8:30am - 10:15am: First set of stage presentations. (Breakfast ends at 8:30am)
• 10:15am - 10:50am: Morning snack break
• 10:50am - 12:30pm: Second set of stage presentations
• 12:30pm - 1:45pm: Lunch break. (Email gelhelp@goodexperience.com if you plan to grab lunch in the neighborhood rather than at the TimesCenter - which is fine, some people need some fresh air, and there are lots of nearby options - but otherwise you're invited to come downstairs where we'll have lunch available.)
• 1:45pm - 3:30pm: Third set of stage presentations
• 3:30pm - 4:15pm: Afternoon snack break
• 4:15pm - 5:45pm: Fourth and final set of stage presentations
• 5:45pm - 7:30pm: Cocktail party to end the conference
