Gel Conference Transfer and Refund Policy

All Gel conference sales are final. However, tickets are transferable, for free, until about a week and a half before the event starts:

• Gel 2012 tickets are transferable for free through Monday, April 9, 2012 at 5pm Eastern Time.

After that point, these transfer fees apply:

• from Monday, April 9, 2012 at 5:01pm Eastern Time through Monday, April 16, 2012 (i.e., three days before the event starts) at 5pm Eastern Time: $200 per Gel 2012 ticket transfer
• then starting at 5:01pm Eastern Time on Monday, April 16: $500 per Gel 2012 ticket transfer.

To transfer your Gel ticket before the event starts, please email us at gelhelp [at] goodexperience.com. (Once the event starts, go to the registration desk at the theater.)

We will check IDs at the door, so please let us know if someone else will be attending instead of you, by emailing us at gelhelp [at] goodexperience.com.

P.S. By "transfer" we mean "transfer to another person, so that they can attend Gel 2012."
